  • A For Sale Sign can be in the front yard as long as a "Coming Soon" rider is on it.

  • We can market the property on our social media channels as "Coming Soon."

  • We can send it to our database of potential buyers and share it with any new buyers in our brokerage.

  • We can tell other agents about it in the marketplace, share it on private Facebook groups, and speak about it at Broker Preview.

  • While in Coming Soon, the property cannot be shown by anyone, including the Listing Agent
